Please help I’m getting a error code every single time at every game, and I tried already everything.

I had the my x box games installed and now buyed the Pc game pass. Than I wanted to play but I’m stuck and one error code always.
I installed a new game but there is also the same error code..

Are you signed in to both the Microsoft Store and to the Xbox app with the same account, and that account has the active PC Game pass subscription?

That's for the Xbox app. If you launch the Microsoft Store application, is that same account signed in in the top right?

Restarting it (go to the start menu in the bottom left and selecting restart)

Ok, looks like you just activated it today, if you've restarted after that point, try contacting support at that point, I've exhausted all my thoughts at least.

Btw, on flight Simulator I’m getting this: The specified device, path, or file cannot be accessed. You may not have sufficient permissions to access the item.

That means the service side of things is correctly detecting your subscription, because that's handled all on the back end (Microsoft servers telling EA servers you have the subscription). If you still can't launch other games from the Xbox app, then there's an issue with your account on your PC.

You said you have the right account signed in to the Xbox app and the Microsoft store, you can try signing out of both and signing back in to both.

Tried already. So I’m Downloading a game rn that didn’t worked before, and I will try if it’s worked then. When not imma deinstall the x box app. Install-Try a game and when it’s then not working imma contact the support
