My scenario essentially played out like this. Wife's machine's old 740 died. My 960 2GB SC has been doing wonderfully for me. Only game I really play on the rig is cities skylines. its my broadcast rig. finally got more ram for it so figured i'd upgrade my GPU and give her my old one. didnt need too much crazy

That error is caused by a "severe issue" (Thanks windows for the description)

So if he's running an overclock, recently installed anything, or did anything else to his system, tell him to revert the changes after he's scanned his disk for error using the provided command

as I said his laptop runs all games at about medium settings 60fps

personaly i think razer headsets sound horrible ..ive had 3 pairs ..also had astro a 50 4 times dont like the sound on them either best i found that suit my ears is the hyper x cloud 2 with a 9 db bass boost (without using the crappy sound card that came with it) and i say crappy as the mic is super low with it and you cant controll any aspect of them other than change volume but even with mic on full i had countless complaits of your mic is low what did you say ..can you shout that please i really cant hear you lol ..since i used just 3.5mm jack no complaints at all if anything people have said omg your loud af ..10db gain btw

im no fan boy either i like all brands just some brands are better in some departments than others .. i like razer keybaords the older style with the big enter keys ..for mouse logitech g502 as it has all the buttons needed for me and in the right places headphones/ headset cloud 2 ..i like the fit there comfy and like i said i like the sound

i do like Sennheiser's i have the cx300s's for my phone with a pretty high bass curve i try others but i just dont like them lol like i tried the momentums in ear and hated them even with a bass curve ..im a guy that like bass as you can tell but the headphones have to have nice mid and highs too o/c ..never really tried massdrop tbf

ive probebly owned at least 45 pairs of in ear headphones and the cx300 has been the best so far for me but only with a set of comply ear tips to block out all that unwanted noise ..will have to take a gander at that

I feel like the reason Rockstar delays PC version and coincidentally right before the new console looms ahead is because they want to make people double dip. I honestly did from PS3 to PC. But I don't think I will be doing that anymore, will probably get it on sale or something.

Hi guys, i using 2 monitors for my PC, one is TV 4k using HDMI, one is an ultrawide 3440x1080p. After installing Nvidia driver, i only receive the resolution range for my ultrawide monitor but not for the TV, I do have 4k but dont know why no 2560x1440p

It depends on the quality of your network, but if all conditions are ideal then it plays fine. If you're close enough to your console for the controller to connect to the console, that works better as it reduces any potential input lag from the controller.

If you're playing anything fast paced then you may not play as well as you would if playing on the console itself, but overall it's functional enough.

If you’re running a device wireless and the router is downstairs while the computer is upstairs you might not get as good of speeds since there’s a distance away from the router

The closer to the router your wireless device is, the better the connection will be. But again it depends on your local network and whether you have much loss of connection quality between rooms.

If you're concerned about any kind of lag or delay, the better option is always to just move the console upstairs and play there.

The one point of the arguments that I do agree with are the games that started out no Kickstarter and offered a Steam key, then go back on that when Epic snaps it up.

But in general. I don't personally mind if I would have to get a game from a different store front. That's been the case with EA games for ages and, to a less extent, Ubisoft games.

It's not a big deal, I would install epic game store in a second once a game i'm interested comes on it.

But in general I think paid exclusivity hurts the game industry as a whole and benefits no one, since it only functions to worsen another products. Games developed in house or completely funded for exclusivities sake since it encourages platform holders to make new content.

When I start my PC, the motherboard screen at first show up on the monitor and when windows finally ready, it shows up on my TV.
