most of us here just use Trueachievements for coming and leaving, or you can just use Xbox Wire which is helpful. also follow Major Nelson on twitter as he posts the articles too

The games include everything, but multiplayer still requires Xbox Live Gold. However, if you buy Game Pass Ultimate, that comes with Gold included.

While your subscription is active, you get to play all the games listed on that site at no additional cost. In most cases, DLC and add-ons are not included, so you need to pay for those on top if you want them.

If you cancel your Game Pass subscription, you will no longer be able to play the games - even if you bought DLC for them - until you either resub to Game Pass, or you buy the game to keep.
