In the next menu, scroll down to select 'Enjoy your membership benefits'

I bought Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the 11/12/19 and have tried everything to get my XGPU. I have gone to the "Game pass" tab on my Xbox, there is no "Claim your gift now". They said I'd get an email within 10 working days..it's been about 18. Anyone here have the same issue/can help? I have it also when Discord gives me a free 3-month of Game Pass subscription. Though it's good but to me, it's not really worth it, imo but overall, I must say, Xbox Game Pass is good if you play on your console on a daily basis.

Did you actually try it yourself? The support has been throwing around a lot of conflicting info over my past 6 support tickets. "Should" isn't doing it for me anymore after the various "escalations" of my case. I would have to rent an Xbox One for a day to redeem it so if someone can confirm that it actually worked for them, that would be great.

The reason it's immediate on the console is that there's a new tech being used for instant offer redemption that is only available on the console right now.

I understand but do you know if your codes are available on the various apps, now? I have a strong feeling that there's a bigger issue with the redeeming of them, than the platform as so much time has passed, so many escalations happened, so many supervisor & offline teams were involved and yet no codes. I gotta drive quite a while to next console rent place, hence the concern.

According to support, the codes would arrive in the various apps as messages from Xbox Live. That's the only way they would surface.

Myself and others are experiecing the same issue and they won't do anything about it unless the affected ones raise their voice. As of now it looks to be intentional to prevent the reselling of the codes but it's unaccpetable that us normal users have to forfeit their Nitro. Please take a minute to write an email!

@topaz bear You can still get the code by contacting the MS support, however it will not work. Once you have the code make sure to email the discord support ( support@discordapp.com ) and let them know that your code isn't working. You aren't the only one that doesn't have their code yet and it's necessary to not let Discord get away with this.

there are some games that are play anywhere like state of decay 2, gears of war 5 and the mordor games, these are on both gamepass. There are other games like outer wilds that are also on both gamepass but are not play anywhere titles.

thats what Xcloud is for, but the console itself can stream.. its only Android so far. but this year Windows10 is being added so you could stream to a PC/Laptop. I been doing it for years with the companion app. but you still have to install the games.
