You’ll have to select the correct deal. It should still let you upgrade to Ultimate for $1. It’ll combine your Gold subscription and Xbox Game Pass subscription, and add them to Ultimate deal.

Not really. You signed up for Ultimate, which is a combined subscription, so you can't use the separate ones while you still have the combined one in order to prevent people accidentally paying for both.

It could possibly be part of the reason why they haven't added 7 on there as of yet, but with it being released before Game Pass, it's not guaranteed to be available on the service. But FM8 should be, assuming Game Pass carries over to the Series X titles.

How exactly that affects licensing in the future, I don't know. They may pay extra for permanent licensing on that particular title. We'll have to wait and see.

You would be able to play the game on PC while your daughter is playing on Xbox, but you would only be able to play together/against each other if the game supports cross-platform multiplayer.

And you wouldn't be playing it on PC via the Xbox. You would be playing it on PC using your PC Game Pass. The Xbox has no connection to that.

Guys I need help. I can only use my xbox offline and used to be able to use game pass just fine like that, but now whenever I try to boot up a game pass game it says "sign in or renew the subscription" even though I am signed in and know for a fact I have months left on my subscription. I've tried everything I've seen on the issue, doing a hard reset, turning it to offline mode, signing in and out, contacting Microsoft support but none of it's worked. Please, If anyone has any advice on this- let me know.

You need to sign in every now and then so that the console can check and make sure your subscription is still active.

It's a necessary process to prevent people getting a trial or one month subscription, downloading all the games, then going offline to play them for as long as they want.

After you have gone online for it to perform the check you will be able to go offline again for a while.

Xbox is the fastest I believe but you still have to wait for the tab to appear on the dashboard or on Game Pass. with the " claim gift ". if you on PC then check the pinned message in here.

You would only need two years and nine months worth as you'll be getting three months of Ultimate as well.

#

Play Anywhere, Cross-Save, and Cross-Play

#

Play Anywhere: Buy it digitally on one platform, get it on the other for free
Cross-Save: Your save files transfer between the different platform versions
Cross-play: Cross-platform multiplayer
