From the moment you purchased the XGP with a set offer all the royalties such as Nitro etc is available on Xbox dashboard, however, if you can't claim then after 10 days has passed they will be delivered to your e-mail, t'was what the support agent told me, plus for Windows 10 folk there is an app called Xbox Companion, they are planning to put a "Dashboard" feature in it, so stick around with that.

Having bought XGP Ultimate before the XO19 offer, I just noticed on my Xbox, in the Xbox Live Gold deals section, that there's a tab to "claim your Ultimate gift". This gives me the option to claim EA access, Discord Nitro, and Spotify Premium via QR code. Don't know if this helps anyone.

Hmmmm actually if you have an xbox, that is the right process. There is a tile you need to select. But for pc users like you and me, it will be through email. So what I will do is escalate this to our backend team so they can generate the codes. then I will email the codes to you. By the way, the codes will come as a link. So all you need to do is copy and paste the link to your browser. This will be for Spotify and Discord

also @untold forge the code is available on the xbox dashboard the same way the game pass code is available on discord's gift inventory. just ask some friends to get your codes on their consoles.

So I redeemed my Xbox game pass code that I got with discord nitro. But for whatever reason it just says i have to buy it. And tes I am sure that i am logged on the same account i redeemed the code on, but it said something slong the lines of that my microsoft store account and xbox account is not the same. Anyways, if you have an answer to my question please ping me, thanks!
