So I don't have a subscription at all. I did have a trial for xbox game pass in the past but not anymore. Whenever I click on the links on PC for the 3 month/$1 trial with EA access and Discord Nitro it just takes me to a page where I can only pay $15 for 3 months for GamePassUltimate and just the spotify add on. Does it not work if you've had GamePass in the past?

You don't have to go via the dashboard tile. Launch the store application, select Deals. Then on the Deals page, select Memberships. From there, select Get More Info in the Xbox Live Gold section.

Just talked to Xbox Support. Apparently they rolled back the feature to redeem Nitro plus Spotify on Xbox by QR. They will send it out by email or through Messages from Xbox Live.

restart discord and check at the top of discord for a msg to click on or go to home/library/gift inventory to see if it shows up

Go to the game pass section of your Xbox Dashboard and there should be a tile that says something along the line of "claim your free gifts". You will find the Nitro code there

But it comes with the codes, which appears in your Xbox dashboard, but Microsoft clearly did not remember that people without Xboxs exist
