i was trying to download ark and it decided to stop at 85% even though the game was fully downloaded so i reset the game pass app and it restarted the hole download then if i tried playing any other game on my PC it blue screened my PC and then after maybe 5 times trying it decided to delete my windows

Sounds like the game was downloading the update before the restart. As for deleting your Windows that’s a whole separate issue, and you’re going to need to reinstall your Windows before you can use your PC.

With games part of Xbox Game Pass PC do all games have cloud saving? Valkyria Chronicles isn't showing Xbox Live support and it doesn't support achievements. Cloud saving is a big feature of Xbox Live and not having that for PC games would be disappointing. Is this because Xbox Game Pass PC is in beta? Once it is no longer in beta will all games support Xbox Live?

Looks like CrossCode is another game in about Xbox Live support. Both Valkyria Chronicles & CrossCode aren't showing achievements and I'm not sure about cloud saving. ACA NeoGeo Metal Slug X is showing achievements for me.

Yeah its still new.. PC games didnt have achievements if they werent linked.. only been a handful of titles.. mainly Metro Exodus.. Wolfenstein 2. and a couple others.

yeah its weird if you go into the app, alot of them say " cloud saves" where you visit the game page. under Capabilities. so could just be the game itself.

if it doesnt have cloud save then game would just save as normal on PC. even though Valkyria Chronicles or is that a different title being on Xbox I own one of the Valkyria games

@maiden canyon Check if there is an error icon and move your mouse pointer on it. Some games on PC game pass need to ve installed on the OS drive instead of being able to select (found one case so far, Everspace). Also I'm seeing the opposite Xbox downloads fast, PC pretty slow. Could be different servers...

You don't need both to upgrade to Ultimate. You just get the two combined if you have them

Hello, does anyone have problems with metro exodus with the pass? it starts and then it closes after the image with 4a/corsair and if i start it again it tells me to go in safe mode but in safe mode it can't log in to the account, i assume is because in the safe mode of the game network is off for the game so it tells me to either switch accounts or try again, also i played Forza horizon 4 and super hot and those worked

UWP games are a bit weird/finicky with Geforce experience, you'll have to manually change settings in NVIDIA Control Panel for the program.

The ds4 works with Steam games, I can test it with Setup USB Controllers app in Win 10, but so far neither Guacamelee 2 or Forza 4 Horizons recognize it.

Check your ipv4 settings in Windows and see if there's any custom dns. If there is, remove/disable. If not, use Google's DNS servers. In either case, disable Ethernet and reenabld or reboot

I had over a year of Game Pass and several months of Gold left. My Ultimate stacked and is now covered until December 2021

If people only have Gold, then Ultimate will take how many months of Gold they had left, then add one month on top for the $1 month they pay for.

On any other console you'll need to be logged in for others logged in to play the games.

Anyone else having issues with games. Downloaded Metro exodus(windows) and it never starte up properly. The video is all blocky and stuff like it was on a very old pc. I changed video settings and it rectified the issue, but now the settings have been saved but on a restart of the game the video is back to the same but the correct settings are already stored for my pc in game settings. Also, i have a Dolby atmos soundbar, but no sound comes through when i play. I've tested that dolby atmos works by using the dolby atmos app.

Must add, i'm using nvidia surround as i have 3 acer monitors of the same brand and model along with a rtx 2060. Other games like BF5 work find in this mode.

Bleeding edge seems cool, not really cool but cool. Halo 6 is a must, dying light 2, cyberpunk, Microsoft Flight simulator, gears 5 (release gameplay pls k thanks) and thats pretty much it so far. theres some other games like death stranding and ghost of tsushima oh and elden ring but i dont know yet if I will get them

@distant geyser when me and my ex were together, there were a few RPG games that wouldn't allow him to use a pad. Only mouse and keyboard. RPGs are my go to for games so that's why I've been put off having a pc. I've still upgraded to ultimate though because... Early access and what not 😅

I do know someone from there who absolutely refuses to use the servers for US on ESO though. He always says no one's there and it's buggy and slow.

are you using anything like an adblocker that might interfere with your ability to log in properly. Only suggesting as I use something called 'ghostery' that kinda blocks advertising stuff and had to switch that off

so if you bought 24 months of gold today, 3 months of Console Game Pass, and only 1 month of PC game pass, then had it converted to Ultimate, you'd get 36 months of Ultimate, the extra 12 months of gold, 33 months of Console Gamepass, and 35 months of PC gamepass will basically be free

Yes Booboo.. I had some months from Gold, and Game Pass. when I converted it says expires June 2020, so I dont need to pay anything.. and even then they are selling Ultimate giftcards now so you can extend the date without having to worry.

my experience - for everyone else
I got gold live added for 2 years
I click on join game pass
it took me to game pass ultimate for $1
on click popup said - do you want to upgrade your xbox gold to game pass for upto 36 mo
on click it took me a pop up that says - $1 / first month - and then $14.99 / month
it charged my payment $1 (my card shows that)
it upgraded my gold to ultimate game pass and said next change will be 2 years from now.

I suspect that it will work if you go to 36 mo..

Game Pass will give you the games only for Xbox or PC (depending on which of the two services you have).

Game Pass for PC is different, most probably see alot of PC games in there. have to wait till beginning of each month when they usually announce new titles like they do for Xbox.

Yeah Epic are still giving them freedom to release what they what in RL, there was an interview talking about the 80`s content and that they hope to still be releasing stuff 10-20 years time as they got loads of ideas.
