Achievement fix for Western Press is still being worked on and hopefully not far off. The devs just sent me a tweet with an update, which was very nice of them to do. Other developers/publishers could learn a lesson from that.

New members don't have access to upload pictures until they have been verified. You will need to be a regular member for a while and then you'll be given that access.
We had to restrict image uploads to verified members as we had issues with trolls spamming inappropriate content.

For anyone who has Western Press. the broken achievement is now fixed!
They were able to change the achievement to 'Lose a Duel', but in most cases the achievement pops as soon as you launch the game. If it doesn't, simply lose a duel and you'll get it.

Yes. The gamerscore on your Xbox 360 is correct. They moved achievements to a cloud system. Your gamerscore on the Xbox One will fix itself.

Also, don't listen to people who say gamerscore doesn't matter. All that matters is that you care and enjoy it. Microsoft gave me a free Xbox One because of my gamerscore. There were a few factors that included how many years you've been on Live and and your total gamerscore.

The Nintendo and PlayStation bundles weren't that great though, because they were region locked to the US. It cut out a lot of potential buyers.
