the funny thing was I did Hannah Montana at a charity marathon LAN party, because I raised enough money for Extra Life (since I couldn't stream that year from the LAN party), I played it at the LAN (and completed it) where there was probably another 300 people

one of the missions is completely random if you can complete it with an A ranking (you have to get the perfect spawn, and only have about 2 seconds to spare from a perfect run

@pastel plover Monochroma's not bad for the sale price. The flower achievement is easiest to unlock after completing the game and using chapter load, since if you die after collecting it, but before the next chapter section, it resets

yeah, I got the flowers as I went along, and the achievement didn't unlock, so after finishing the game, I just used chapter select to go get them all again (took about 30 minutes)

From when I started my account in July up to December, I was working on a 10K milestone each month. Some months I'd get 10K or more, while the next I may get 8 or 9 but still end up at a milestone due to the extra I earned the month before.

I kept that running to the end of the year, with a big push in December when I got 31.6K.

From January I wanted to focus more on completion and clearing the backlog. But that turned into buying silly amounts of games and adding more to it. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My achievements for Monochroma have glitched on the console and Xbox.com. The game shows 900/1000 but all of my achievements are unlocked. TrueAchievements picked up the full completion, so the Xbox API is returning the unlocked state for all of them, but it does not show complete on my gamer card.

Throw in a quick combo of punches/special moves on one, then use A to hop over the next one. That gets you away from the crowd that is starting to gather around you, which can try attacking and interrupt combos, and into more open space.

The time it takes to hop over gives you a moment to look around and plan the next attack. If you need more time, chain the jumps as it keeps the combo timer running.

I've completed every challenge on the Arkham games across multiple platforms. Jumping over the enemies was the best tactic to avoid taking damage, while being quick with the counter attacks.

Mass Effect Andromeda did the best thing with achievements, that I wish more games had. Many achievements had two objectives - one single player and the other multiplayer - and you could choose which one you wanted to do to earn the achievement. That meant people who didn't like multiplayer were still able to get all achievements.

Apart from one, maybe two, fairly simple online achievements that had no alternative.

Hero ships aren't easily recognisable - apart from ships like the Falcon - so you have to check the scoreboard and look which player has the hero icon, then keep watch for their name when playing.

Only the killing shot counts and everyone piles on the hero ships, so you lose loads of potential kills. And the assholes often crash on purpose when they're nearly dead.

I think the worst one will be the one to kill 50 enemies will marked in Heroes vs Villains.

The description is poorly written. Only kills against the marked opponent, while you are also marked, count for that one. And you have to get the killing blow, not an assist.

One from LA Noire counted, which I unlocked shortly after the challenge went live. None of the achievements from Deponia counted as TA hasn't properly updated the listings yet, but Deadpool has five super easy and quick achievements right at the start of the game, so I finished it off with those.

Hi there

Firstly, I hope you are enjoying the Twelve Days of Christmas event.

As you can imagine, there's a lot of new and pretty complicated code involved in this event, and while we tested it reasonably thoroughly before the contest started, we had to make a change for TrueTrophies due to the way PSN handles unlocks (and if you have a Playstation you can sign up for the event here).

This has unfortunately led to some of the challenges unlocking here on TrueAchievements before they were supposed to. This seems to have affected about 3% of the gamers on TA. As many of those will have seen their challenge complete messages and gone on to do further challenges since then, I've decided not to reset those people as I feel it would be unfair to penalize them due to my coding error.

However, if you are one of those gamers that was affected and has completed and unlocked challenges that shouldn't have triggered and you want to do the challenge 100% correctly, I have added a button to your gamer progress page that will allow you to do so.

If you go to your gamer homepage and click on the View gamer progress button on the contest panel on the right, you will go through to your challenge page. From here there's a new button on the right hand side called Rebuild challenges. This will clear down your challenges and then rebuild them from the point you entered the contest. You will still get credit for all the stuff you did in the correct order, but you will have any invalid challenge progress removed. From there you can go on and complete the challenges "correctly".

I rebuilt my achievements in the content because I wanted to be sure I had unlocked everything correctly, without questioning it, and now I wish I hadn't. It screwed up a few of my "only this game" days. And it turns out, it's using achievements from before the challenge unlocked if you redo it.

I dont think there is one for sprays, most the achievements are around their special abilities and winning matches in quick/competitive modes.

I’m a bit late, but have you gone into the Xbox app, selected the game, and then selected the achievement in question? That’s the only way I know to force unlock an achievement that you’ve earned.

Xbox.com can similarly accomplish this.

If neither of those work, the game may have somehow skipped the event to unlock the achievement. Accomplishing the requirement again may unlock it

If you're interested, The Ezio Collection has really easy achievements. I'm playing through Assassin's Creed II right now and they're popping every 10-15 minutes. I plan on 100%ing the collection.

So far it's not given me anything to find them. It only tells you where the codex pages are when you get near the final sequences, so you'll need to find the feathers and glyphs yourself, or use a guide.

15 games and 15 achievements. If one game, for example, has a high number of rare achievements it may take all 15 slots for Rarest.

I didn't realise they'd taken that out. I was at 3990G and went onto Crazy Taxi last night to tick it over to 4,000G and it never updated. I find it quite strange they wouldn't coexist when they push the BC so heavily.

It's partially glitched, no definitive answer on how to unlock it. Try clearing the console cache and playing a multiplayer game afterwards

DmC HD Collection is only 1000G total for the three games. Not sure why, when the PS4 version gets three separate lists with a plat each.
