I've been using grid2 for arenas (since I use it for m+ pushing and raids as well), and at 1900 in 3s really starting to wish I could see more debuffs than the CC I configured into grid2 already, more easily - which made me wish BigDebuffs worked with grid2...
So been trying to set it up so that when in arenas, the default Blizzard raid frames are in play - with BigDebuffs, Arena Team Tracker... problem is that when I'm not in arenas and have a 2-3 person party, the blizz raid frames show up as well, on top of my grid2..
Is there any way to get blizz raid frames to only show up in arenas?

@old sun I've beat pretty much every rogue since prepatch, I would recommend using guardian aff + hotw + sotw
You just have to survive through their cds and try to get evasion before using your offensive cds.
Also run thorns
If you're running guardian aff you can tank their opener. Use skin if they pop cds and sit everything. Try to incap roar/clone after kidney
If you can survive everything you basically win
which isn't hard
you shouldn't need to use wall in the initial cds since hotw is basically god mode with guardian aff

I've done a couple hundred duels since prepatch and have found that HoTW with guardian aff is usually the best option
Most classes are hitting too hard at the moment to try and rely on swiftmend/vortex kiting
Only things i haven't been able to beat are spriests and rets 💤
But yea resto aff/bash is the way to go for arena and anything else. Would highly recommend the above for duels though

How do we stack up to mages overall in SL? I kinda just wanna play boomkin even if it sucks, but it would be nice to have an idea. even after watching some pvp videos and listening to y'all for a while I still don't really feel like I have a great idea.
We seem a lot tankier, can choose/reset fights better, have great aoe, can do pretty good single target, can kite and bleed people with SF/MF, still kinda have the root/beam combo and spammable clones...can move and cast during starfall with stellar drift....it seems like we can do a lot. I'm not sure why I see a lot of negative feedback on balance. is it just clunky feeling to some? I kinda like it now that I have a weak aura set up for the procs

Once bit of advise is to only load the WA that you need for the spec or class. You can control when they load in the load section with class and spec and even pvp talents.

This is a off question but hoping someone in this channel is a good hearted person that wants to give me a hand. Havnt played wow since cata and recently just got back into it a month ago. Been pondering around toons to play, been rly enjoying my Druid but I’m rly playing SL for the pvp. Can anyone take some time to maybe stream thru discord and let me watch along as they run arenas and give me some tips on how to play this class in arenas .
So far I’ve just been getting walked over on. I’m at 100ilvl on my Druid so I’m not the best but not the worst. I should be able to cop at least a win but I feel like I’m just a wasted player in arenas.....some help would be greatly greatly appreciated
