@potent apex depends on your comp. in 2’s If you play with a caster for example you are usually not focused. In 3’s if you play with a melee cleave you will be focused. If you play with a lock/mage they are too dangerous to left to be free casting so they will be focused

Obviously anyone caught up in gear will wreck bg meters cuz 90% of players there are 400k hp or less

And if that's the content you do, by all means you should keep doing your thing if you don't want to farm vers

But just think about it like this, crit is 150% damage, so every 2% crit is on average a 1% damage increase. So it takes 144 crit to get a 1% dmg buff, whereas with vers that would be 85.
