Alright guys I climbed about 200 rating yesterday as resto, but I still just cant survive ret dh. What are your tips there? I obviously swap to C&S main, guardian affinity, and run mass entangle with the 25% reduc pvp talent. I feel like ursols is literally useless against the dh mobility and the two just pile me til I'm dead
I think I had more luck just loading myself with hots and waiting for them to come at me than staying in prowl and hoping to get a cyclone off when they jump my ally. I dont even run clone into that combo anymore

Tree is never really viable. SOTF is how you’re gonna get fat healing out. If your partners are incapable of getting you some breathing room, you may need to look for new ones. Keeping away from the Ret is more of a priority since DH will get on you whether or not you like it.

I was playing with a BM hunt, as far as melees go in 2s which ones can do the best and peeling that aggro? We were basically going into the matches with the mindset if its double ranged or healer comp we win every time, and we try our best at double melee

Your best melee partners are rogue, WW, and Survival as Rdruid. Survival/Rdruid is one of the best 2s comps. The DH wouldn’t be able to really touch you outside of a few small windows between net, steel trap, explosive trap, harpoon, etc. Then you two just kite the ret around saving mobility for wings, etc.

Guys I need help. I'm a lowly 1.6k with highest 1.8k xp in 2s but never ever stuck to arena long enough due to lack of consistency with partners. I've started just queuing with anyone so I can just get better myself. But.....Rogue Mage I'm about 40% Winrate and I need to know what talent set up everyone is going for? I've tried multiple ones but its so hit and miss.
What do you guys do in the opener?
I'm currently rocking mostly mastery and haste with about 7% Vers. I noticed a few leaning towards mastery and dont have enough Vers gear to make it worth trying that.
I was with a DH last night who admittedly didn't pick the best talents etc and it was him that was dying but still would like.to know peoplea approaches.
