But resto realy needs some level of haste and is very reliant on mastery stacking for healing throughput

So you're either not gonna have much output or you'll be vulnerable to getting swapped to more easily than other healers

@undone moth make sure you do +15 at least once a week for 475 piece from weekly chest, try to target pieces from +14 or +15 for 465 gear to drop from end of dungeons, 5 mask visions for 470 gear first time per week. Do call to arms quests for PvP trophy to upgrade your gear
