Support for what you're doing is going to be limited here - ADSBx uses readsb, not those other variants of dump1090. That said, did you install the new driver(s) for the Blog v4? https://www.rtl-sdr.com/v4/

That means that something else has opened the SDR device - there can only be one driver of the car at a time 😉

does lsmod | grep rtl output anything ?

yeah, so, as it says, kernel drivers are loaded - you probably want to blacklist them

you have something else going on now. If you unplug/replug the SDR, does the rtl_test output still look like that?

something's not happy. I've never used a Blog v4, so not sure it looks like if the new driver is not in place. Maybe try a different USB port? Does this SDR work in any other system? e.g. Windoze PC

I think "RTL-SDR Blog V4 Detected" means you have the right driver
