I have a new adsb exchange DIY kit. After initial assembly, it worked beautifully for several hours. I then unplugged it to relocate to another location. When I relaunched it, I attempted to complete the setup once again. I connected to the ADSB-config wifi network as before. The launch failed. Now, the Raspberry Pi does not turn on the local wifi network on bootup. Cycling power does not activate it. Any ideas?

Plug it in to a display and read the error message
Unplugging it does not reset it to factory otherwise you would need to go through setup every time the power blinked. You could:
- Hook it into a network cable and connect to the https://adsbexchange.local address and change WiFi and location info.
Or - Burn a fresh image on the SD card and go through the initial config again at the new location.
IThank you for the suggestions. I hooked up an Ethernet cable. Still no local network is generated via wifi. Sorry if I am not understanding the instructions. I am not the most tech-savvy but I am trying.
if you can connect via ethernet, you should be able to access the web UI to configure wifi (if you still need wifi)
