Feeder isn't turning on. :(

Hi , I receieved my feeder and decided to first try the rubber antennas, but to my dismay, the Aluminium Feeder Box Does not turn on.  I tried to turn it on several times, but the Red Light which is supposed to turn on doesn't respond at all.

I have tried it at different working power sockets but still, the result is the same.  The Charger is good as I tried it on my Android mobile and my mobile starts charging.  It seems something inside the feeder broke during transit or maybe just bad luck.

I am at my wit's end on progressing from here and upset at the setback.  Kindly recommend solutions.

If you have a T10 Torx driver we can make sure the power cable is plugged into the side of the Pi, but its glued there during assembly so I'd be surprised if it popped off and there isn't much else it could be but a dead Pi.

Thanks, I will try to arrange a T10 Torx driver and check the power cable to the pi, but I am not sure how to open the box or even if I should dismantle the box as per ADSBx policy. Let me know if it's a Go ahead.

Thanks , I was able to get a T10 Torx and spent sometime to figure out how to open the box. It was easy once I took the rubber cover off.

I wasn't able to pull everything inside out as I believe they are glued to the case , I didn't see anything unusual. The cables are there and I could also see the black glue. I am sure that the power cable is properly connected to the pi inside. I re-assembled it and powered it but still no Joy. It is highly likely that the pi is dead or maybe internal cable fault. I am in utter confusion here. Any guidance would be really helpful.
