Add sliding and also revamp the guns

personally not a fan of the idea of sliding, i think it would be too much action hero sweaty movement based gameplay and not alot of planning and strategy
Plus in my opinion it would be really annoying to engage a fight and have someone slide away down stairs or escalators and run to their team (which they can allready do but are limited by stamina and weight with heavy armor)
