#Sword, Shield & Wand (A Comparison of Boons)

A question with comparing these options for a BG3 Mod converting a well known single player game into 5e rules, max of 12th level like in normal BG3. These boons are for the main character and are very powerful (game breaking in a normal campaign). I want to see if you all think they are comparable in value, if any stand head and shoulders above the rest and if there is a means of fixing them, assuming there is an issue. I am not asking how these options compare to other classes. I am not asking how they might work in a normal campaign. This is in a vacuum.

Premise: You are a Half Caster (think Eldritch Knight meets Paladin) and you get to choose one of these three options at 1st level. You gain an additional bonus from your choice at 5th level.

Sword: You gain the Extra Attack Feature at 1st level. At 5th level, you gain Combo Attack in place of your 5th level Extra Attack (You can attack up to three times, instead of twice when you take the attack action. Additionally, your third attack scores are critical hit on an 18, 19 or 20.)

Shield: You gain resistance to all damage types. At 5th level, you gain Guardian (Whenever you finish a Short or Long Rest, choose a damage type. You are immune to that damage type until you finish a Short or Long rest.)

Wand: You gain spell slots and spells known at the rate of a Full Caster instead of a Half Caster. Your highest level of spells known is still 5th level. (For example, when you get a 6th level spell slot at 11th character level, your class doesn't learn any 6th level spells, so you can only use it as an additional cast or to possibly upcast your 5th or lower level spells.) There is no specific 5th level boon due to how this boon alters your class in such a significant way.

Additional Information: It's an entirely different campaign, so assuming Psychic damage is important would be incorrect. Necrotic damage is possibly the most important, but Elemental and Physical show up very often.

I don't want to raise many hopes with my project in case I fall through the cracks so I don't want to say what it is just yet. I am converting a well known ps2 game into the 5e system through BG3. I figure anyone well acquainted with it can figure it out and if any of you do, I'd love to take you on as an advisor (I won't make money off this, and neither will you. Here in a few months, I might spend money on voice acting. That's about it as far as money goes.)

the choices remind me of kingdom hearts
I'd probably rank them
1 - Sword (consistent damage)
2 - Shield (not dying is a bonus)
3 - Wand (long rests are very common, so you'll probably have too many spell slots)

I don't think I'd be a very good advisor and don't tend to take friend requests unless I know the person or chat with them alot 😔

But access to higher level spells than you'd ever have is also kind of huge.

Sounds like a big undertaking, especially if you're porting over models, enemies ect
That and a turn-based version of that game sounds interesting

Since I own none of it, I can post it as a mod without fear of Bandai's rules stealing my original content. It's a big learning Divinity 4.0 project and doing so with a game I love and know very well. (It's the first game I ever beat as a toddler)

Well, legally it'd face the same possible problem as any fan-mod made with someone else's IP (unless you're secretly Tetsuya Nomura in which case give us KH4 you nerd) but I assume you're prepared or accounting for that already

Getting back to the project at hand, you say you could swap shield and wand, sword is just gamer. What if it lost the crit chance on the third strike? (I don't think it'd make much of a difference but I wanna ask all the same)
