I feel like other people you're passing damage to should be willing
Also, I think the flavor text doesn't really match the name and features. I know what you're going for, but I think it'd make more sense to write it more from an actual warsong perspective, themed around warriors chanting in battle and sharing their strength
I'm not a fan of the level 14 feature too. It doesn't really extend the previous features in a way a capstone typically should, and honestly feels like just another spell on a fullcaster
But generally I like the idea, it looks quite good

You could put all the upgrades at 14 (so basically what you have at 6), then make 6 something like "you can give a creature under the effects of your spell X temporary hit points every turn" or some other boost like this

When I used homebrewery, stuff would disappear if I didn't download it. GM Binder needs a to create second version for readers to see changes.
