I'm not sure if this has already been discussed before, but I think it'd be neat if when in an existing document (not the home page doc) clicking the "New" button opened in a new tab like how when you open a recent document it opens in a new tab.

Normally its a pretty minor thing, but recently when I have been working on a few docs where there's one main "hub" document with links to others, its annoying when I click "New" to have to duplicate the window first or remember to control+click it.
Very much not a high priority thing, but I think it'd be neat?

ye, same as the control+click. Just seems weird that it auto-overwrites whatever page you are on, but opening another document opens in a new tab
