Sharing your Project 3MF is supremely helpful as it allows helpers to see all your settings, and how they interact with the model. This way you don't have to struggle with trying to list them all or take a whole bunch of screenshots.
Helpful info not included there will be things like:
(1) Have you dried your filament?
(2) Have you calibrated e-steps?
(3) Have you recently cleaned your build plate, and how?
