SOLVED: Pressure advance while printing and calibration, config vs filament setting

I'm doing some pressure advance calibrations at the moment and I'm not sure when my printer will use pressure advance and at what value, and when?
There's the default value in the config file, and a tickbox with a value in my filament settings, does ticking it override the config value?
And does the calibration also ignore the default value in the config file?

The slicer PA settings, when enabled, will always override the firmware settings; same for the calibration print.
