#SOLVED: Updating version 2.2 to latest stable

I'm trying to update ocra slicer but want to make sure I don't lose all my settings. If I try to use check for update from the top menu nothing happens. I have downloaded the latest version if I try to install that it asks me if I want to uninstall my old version first and it isn't clear if this will keep my settings? Can someone help/advise me on the best path forward? Should I just install the latest over the top of my old version?

Also my OS is Windows 11

and my printer is an ender 3 with some upgrades running klipper

You can make a backup of the main profile just in case. FYI, userdata are not in the app's directory

the Orca main profile is located in the appdata directory
