All of the sudden my upload is very very slow. Is there a setting I can look for to speed it up?

nope upload is a network thing orca cannot change that, it cannot speed up a the other side of your network connection

IEEE 802.11ax protocol can go up to 10Gb/s so if you use wifi, get a pc and routermodem etc with WIFI-6 which is 802.11ax protocol
