I'm trying to withdraw NFTs to my wallet to trade on OpenSea, but when I scan the QR code in the game, a message appears saying that the NFT doesn't exist in the account. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it?

This is currently a know bug with the GUNZ app
Only way to extract HEX atm is to manually find them in the GUNZ app.
