Reduce the lobby waiting time

When we load into a lobby and every one is fighting each other in casuals can we reduce the waiting time by half, either there is players or it’s full of bots so it don’t matter, no one else is coming l, so just start the game, it’s annoying just flying around waiting when I already spent ages in the lobby waiting for a game to load

I don’t enjoy the long waiting time but I enjoy landing down on 20 people and bots crazy shooting each other.
