MMO type of waiting screen

If anybody remembers destiny where you could go to the tower and see other players walking around and buying stuff and doing missions if this game would add that factor like at the training zone is where you would load in and have a guy to go to to buy and sell or just walk up to other people and trade maybe have a locker for your items ect…… instead of having a cod like waiting screen
