When I try to link my twitch I’m just met with a screen that says loading. Nothing changes

The PlayStation link on the account linking page resolves to a static PNG instead of a PSN OAuth endpoint.
This appears to be a decommissioned redirect route after the All-Stars campaign.
Relinking PSN is currently impossible.
