Remove them completely. It doesn't make any sense to have legendary limbs in this game . The buzzkills and ghost are the worst cheese I've seen since I started playing otg

Absolutely agree. A buzzkilla that shoots everything within 100m has absolutely nothing to do with skill. You don't have to shoot the enemy a single time, you can just chase him and there is nothing he can do about it.

I find them very effective in some tie-breaking situations, they can save you, in fact I would have liked it with the new legendary hex update, it wouldn't have been bad

For future ranked updates, we strongly recommend implementing a voting system restricted to players actively grinding ranked. This would allow the core competitive community to vote on proposed changes, followed by controlled playtesting with those same players before anything is pushed live into ranked mode.

The ghost is permanent per use though... I'm not sure there is a compromise people are either going to love em or hate em.. not use em or abuse em

May I suggest the gold maxigun. It has quad barrels so basically 4 maxiguns into one arm. Two explosive ones and two emp ones. Emp ones restrict literally everything cyberlimb jetpack dodge. And the explosive damage is increased by 300%
