#Require two separate primary weapon items in order to have them in the same loadout

This will prevent someone from carrying 2 protons, or 2 vultures, etc. makes sense. Question, what about same primary weapon, but different attachments?
Should you be able to carry one distance focused Kestrel and one that is more kitted out for no-scope - as an example?
i think it makes sense to only use each attachment once
but i also thought how it works now makes sense until i thought about it
i think if attachments had a bigger impact on each weapon it would be better. then double weapon diff attachment makes sense. but right now there is a subset of "meta" attachments and then a big gap after.
everyone runs mostly the same attachments and there is little benefit to having two of the same gun with diff attachements.

Agreed, also if they want to balance the guns more they should tighten up the ranges on them and have major peneltirs out of the sweet spot. Like for flenser, could be 10-15 m range then crazy dps drop off after that. Snipers dps could be stronger at distance. Etc..
