Hopefully its goner be tweaked in the new update but an easy balance for this is to allow dashes when Paralyzed, there's nothing worst then something taking away your ability to use the movement you have earned by playing thousands of hours... Paralyzer doesn't disable your ability to run, wall jump or fly as these things are not directly associated with a limb likewise with dashes.
