At the moment, shoulder swap doesn’t activate if another animation is already playing. In my opinion, it would be useful to be able to trigger it at any time.

Yes 💯, while plating up or switching weapons,reviving teammates, etc..we are supposed to be able to switch shoulders no matter what actions are being taken.
