Ever since permanent auto sprint was added we get stuck in crouch instead of being able to sprint out of it like we always have been able to (as long as i have been playing anyways). This is a huge quality of life issue and I'm surprised it hasn't been addressed yet.
This is option in many games where you can either enable or disable to ability to automatically leave crouch. Perhaps this us a good solution for everyone as some people might prefer to have to leave crouch manually.

I found the fix to this for me was putting crouch to hold from toggle, now I flow nicely and don’t get stuck in the crouch can’t sprint thing

Yes, and that helps with crouch spamming in fights also
Try it, it works very well in OTG I think, does for me
