The Issues:
1️⃣ Series X crashes nearly every game after the latest update (way fewer on Series S)
2️⃣ Feardrop update wasn't listed in Xbox Event Hub—major seasonal content should be visible on the dashboard
The Ask:

Integrating Xbox GDK crash reporting (automatic crash dumps sent to devs)
Using Xbox Event Hub API so future updates show up on the dashboard like Fortnite, Destiny 2, etc.
Both features are already in your GDK license.
