I think something like this was suggested, but to make it seem like it was part of br lore. They didn’t want to “glorify” those players

Absolutely agree. The counter argument that I have heard, is that the notoriety of being on a list is something that they would enjoy. Which may be a possibility, but the aim of a list is to let other people in the community know who they are so that they can avoid them both in the game and discord. Once their circle is diminished, then their pathetic little egos will not be boosted. The problem is not just the cheats, but the sheep that follow along with them. We should try and encourage the community to not only shun the cheats, but also those that they regularly play with and are friends with. In my mind, if they are playing with a known cheat, then they are guilty by association and are probably using cheats themselves.
Name,shame,ban… And I am talking a proper ban, not 24 hours or a week.

To me this makes no sense as they wouldn’t be able to play again if named and shamed and banned 😂

I know of a few players who have been banned and then turn up with an alt. Playing with the same players, they were playing with before they were banned.
