Im not sure what your algorithm is for matchmaking but feels very random.
There are times my friend's aren't online and some of the people I get paired up with are clowns(no offence) or 5 year olds.
Maybe this might fall on deaf ears but can i suggest matchmaking via your level or close to it. Even k/d,whatever works.
