You can’t just keep extending the leaderboard constantly. People dedicate time and effort to reach certain positions, they make plans, and then you tell them that all that time and effort is worthless just because you feel like it. It’s very unfair and makes you feel really bad. You must always respect the end of a season. If you need more time for whatever reason, either pause the leaderboard and let people play off-season without it, or start the next season even if you haven’t been able to add new content, and just make that new season last longer.
