We need Ranked, The Match Making needs help, Use the player data to match Players.

If a new player is logs in keep him away from experienced players, Why do I get loaded in with noobs that wanna camp the game.
If a Player is a team player and the data shows it, Load them in with team Players
the point is the match making is still bad. I loaded in with bots and noobs all day, its annoying.
New players should earn the right to play Ranked. keep them out of ranked.

I second this. Discouraging to join a game as a noob and get instantly killed because I am still learning game mechanics.
