To incentivize even further, the use of all rarity limbs, I think a "sell" option when calling in your loadout that will sell all of your gear for 30-50% of the original price, and that would go towards the loadout you're calling in.
If you just spent 2500 on a common loadout and you want to call in your epic loadout towards mid-late game, you're not stuck hunting for cash as much.
You have 3500 and need 1000 more but your current loadout would sell for 1250, you sell to upgrade.
A possible gameplay mechanic is that when you sell, a box/bot appears, and it strips you of everything leaving you vulnerable with starter limbs and a pistol while you wait for your upgraded loadout to drop.
Otherwise you just pay full price for the reassurance to keep your current loadout until your new one drops.
