Bounce Bomber needs rebalance Its crowd control is currently too strong, leaving players with no chance to escape-just watching their character ragdoll and die.

Limb is too easy to use and overpowered. Plus fast charge rate and 3 shots.

At the very least, allow players a way to escape its effects.
