This might be pretty op, but I think a good idea (if implemented well)
Add in a really long weapon swap time to lessen the OP of it.
Basically make the turn on/turn off cyberlimb animation be exceptionally long.
Something like rapit reload. 30sec long -30% and than 2min cooldown
