Seriously, Off The Grid is ridiculously poorly optimized. I’ve got an RTX 5070, and the game still struggles to run properly. FPS hovers around 70, and that’s without cranking all the settings to ultra. How on earth is it possible that with such modern hardware, the game feels like it’s running on some ancient toaster?

Even lowering the graphics a bit doesn’t help, the frame drops and microstutters are still there. It honestly feels like the game was released half-finished and the optimization got thrown onto the “we’ll fix it later” pile. Right now, the whole experience leaves me more frustrated than entertained.

I totally agree! The August 7th update has made the game practically unplayable. I have an RTX 3090, and while the game starts at a solid 120 FPS, as soon as it begins to encounter issues, the frame rate drops drastically to 25 FPS. The worst part is that it never recovers; it becomes choppy and laggy, making the experience unbearable. Several of my friends are also suffering from similar problems. This needs an urgent fix
