The current air resistance values make everything feel like super low gravity. Even trying to drop down over a ledge and fall has such slow acceleration.
The air resistance’s effects should be reduced dramatically tbh
All the time, it cancels after leap an I have to re engage my jetpack
I recently switched to rr for the time being
my leapers do the same thing the first leap doesnt work for getting away fast
Swap to hammers if you still want leap, or just go rr with slam /hookshot combo

Movement wise i strongly suggest removing the air resistance. Not reducing it, but completely removing it imo. With the current movement we have in game, you can do very limited things, and the air resistance is the unnecessary limitation. You cant have any sort of consistency, as everything is a "one go". You can jump/slide or whatever, where you will only keep the momentum for one jump/slide. As jumping keeps the momentum going from one mechanic to another, air resistance destroys it all. I never really understand the idea of adding it, was there something broken (nothing that comes to mind) or?
It doesnt matter what changes happens to movement if it cannot be consistent. Removing air resistance is a must for the movement aspect in OTG.
If the TTK is fast, the movement shall follow.
You need to be able to out-move AA as well, doesnt make sense to keep movement slower than AA tracking

I would say, adjust air resistance based on speed, for 2-3 jumps max when speed slows, more air resistance we will have ezy

I just want this gone, it alone blocks all the consistency related to ground movement
Mmm, can’t stand trying to drop down a ledge and floating down like an angel before I get turned into one by TomDuck46, SandyShore38 and GooseManDad4
Also the air control we had feels like it’s gone because of the air res. When you cancel jetpack you barely continue moving forward.

It doesn't make sense logically and kinda takes you out of the immersion tbh
However, idk how much I would like the change when players already spend so much time in the air
Its about being able to change direction fast and fly faster to outrun Javalina and stuff.
The Loopy / leaper air play with lots of hang time you see now is because you cant build up much speed or change direction that fast.
Few patches ago when there was no you could do some cool stuff, flying at speed through the buildings in stalk
Removing air resistance will front the on-ground movement more. Now people stay in the air because no one can move on ground as there is no consistency cause of air resistance. Removing it = consistent on-ground movement
