With the Syd servers offline and a crazy amount of over powered subscription cheaters running around Equinox with "?/Dimond's" and tons of numbers in their name, the situation is not looking good. I'm sure the OTG development team have seen the data and working on a resolution for both situations. I couldn't imagine this will be good for ongoing Steam reviews in the short term..

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous so many of us have put in the time and effort . Forming a guild where all players r welcome . Bringing new players into the game. On top of that sending you our money. Little bit of a Heads up or a discussion would have been nice. It's only fair . Alot of us r ranked high on both leaderboards . Would be a shame if we all quit wouldn't it? Or you don't care ? Already grabbed enough cash from us ? How about u be nice and split the game from server to server so the loyal players from the start can still experience the game I'm a good way . Big thumbs down gunzilla. Get ur act together.

gib server back plz and thanks. also i think the lack of oceanic players is due to marking focus on USA only, there is more to the world than USA. put a kangaroo and a panda in that should help hahaha. but seriously i think marketing could add more regional promotions/updates/inclusions. i know lore is American but still

Wtf is going on??? Really no mention from devs? Please inform us of the situation.
I’m sure a lot of us have or will be cancelling pro, as it’s unplayable competitively with 160+ ping.

@rocky monolith Any hints?.... there has been no comms. Has the NEOSYD server license expired and needs renewal? Is this a temporary outage? is a change of provider happening? ... Any sort of COMMUNICATION would be great. 👌

Australia player base wont grow if there first experience is playing one a far away server that gives them 150-250 ping depending where they live in Australia.

Thanks for sharing Freedumbean. I'm blown away that no one from Gunzilla has bothered to address such a large OCE community on this, or even respond within this post, it's disappointing to say the least. I won't be renewing my subscription at this point. Get your act together Gunzilla or your player base will continue to decline. This type of act with no comms is disgraceful and sends an untrustworthy message to your remaining player base.

@rugged meadow Kaz, can you or someone please help us understand this situation? some communication would be good about what's going on with the Equinox servers randomly now spiking from 100 to sub 500 ping?... and if NEOSYD is ever coming back any time soon? This no communication situation is BS.

Yes it would be nice to get a bit of clarity around why the servers gone and the game is declining in regards to cheaters, the server issues and the lack of quality content. I'd like to hear an honest answer to these questions Dreadnoughtians have.

Today i tried to play a few games. on Equinox

The MS for me is 260MS lowest and almost 300MS on spikes.

The last time i played (3 days ago)

The worst/MAX i have had is 180MS maybe 200MS
This is an insane leap in minimum latency.

Having a loadout with an SMG or something that fires fast seems to be the only way to stand a chance because slower ARs and LMGs either dont register or i must try aim in advanced about the length of another operator to hit what i am looking at from a range of 80-150+ meters but using a gun that shoots fast doesn't have this issue.

My character is also more difficult for others to hit due to this it seems so i cant be the only user experiencing draw backs.

In time this will become a recognized issue and Increasing load on equinox/ all servers or opening a new node for players to access the game will need to be considered or players will leave and move on with a bad taste in their mouth and bad impression for new users which isn't how i experienced this community.

I hot spotted my optus phone to my playststion and was getting around 200 ping. Close to 400 with telstra

and that was me connecting to sydney servers of games so like.. ye not a huge diff changing providers... unless its super specific to THIS game which it really shouldnt.. the issue is population flooding SEA and a recent tweak it seems that happened about mid week last/

im in western australia, was on 230ping prior to 3 days ago, but over the last 3 day ive been getting 70 ping and 90 frames consistently so no joke @indigo dune

I think a lot of people have stopped playing in equinox as well. Games even at high ping didn't feel as bad as a week ago. MM taking longer too.

I live in the other side of the world, but it is baffling to me that they can’t have a single server/park running for basically an entire continent (Oceania, Australia).

Maybe not have a daily money prize tournament going on for months if you can’t pay for a server for one of the world continents.

This months battle pass is about to run out. Why should Australians renew or buy a battle pass? Also I refer the game to friends but HAVE TO WARN THEM THAT IT WILL BE 130+ ALWAYS

one of many bad decisions including but not limited to: removing solos, adding air resistance, the mirror breakers, less lobbies per server/not enough tiers of sbmm. this game needs help. bringing back neosyd would be a good start. upvoted.

Don't really comment but it has had a significant effect on number of users. There is fair bit a skill in Aus, and playing with this ping is starting to divert the user base elsewhere. Not sure how much longer people will be patient. It's a shame really.
