I understand the fear of this were to happen of losing a low serial number, but hang on to your hair cause I’m gonna blow your wig back!

Why not merge the markets. I know people with low serials fear losing their low serial numbers since there are 3 separate markets.

A solution to that might be add a nomenclature to items before merge. If it was a PC item before merge ad PC to end of serial#, PS to PlayStation and XB to Xbox items.

And then there could be 3 variant serial #1 items PRE market merge.

Items after market merge will share / pull from the same serial pool. Effectively allowing to be one market.

And no overwriting or conflicting filenames when merged! Brilliant idea to simply modify the serial itself, instead of adding a branding badge to the graphic or NFT thumbnail.

As an addition to this you would probably have to have a cut off limit for serials. Say 100 any serial after 101 would be reset to be in compliance with new market serials.

I’m pretty new here, are we sure there’s 3 different sets of serials? We could have 3 different markets with the mint coming from the same place meaning 1 list of serials 3 different markets. Like I said though I’m pretty new here maybe this something that’s been confirmed in the past lol

I wonder bc I find it hard to believe for example 70,000 ps5 players got silence masks etc from the battle pass. doubt there’s that many ps5 players active in general.

I also assumed this was the point of mainnet. And in that case 3 different lists of serials would fully dilute the market when everybody is on mainnet so I would hope they knew that and have 1 list of serials lol

You maybe correct.

Although the problem is they (Gunzilla) has stated that once we all move to mainnet the serials you have obtained may change once moved over. Which got a lot of people upset. Like I know the guy on PS5 that has the #1 Player Zero Gold jet pack. He is very concerned that his #1 item could become 6500.

So what I’m talking about is merge the markets and add a suffix to the end of the serial number so those with low serials can keep their low serial numbers.

It could dilute the market if you want to look at it that way. But, Serial hunters/collectors may want to try and get all 3 from the different platforms. Making them more valuable.

Just an idea. But you do bring a good point.
