I used to play on Epic, and today I saw the game launched on Steam. When I entered the game through Steam, even though my Steam account was already linked to my Epic account, I found that the account data was not the same as on Epic. Will this issue be addressed, or will the data between the two platforms remain unsynchronized?

Because Steam is on a completely separate marketplace all its own apparently, even starting the serial numbers all over again.
