Everytime my loadout is stolen I want to abandoned the round and delete this game. Why why why, its MY case in the FUTURE, why can ANYONE else open it, without at LEAST hacking it!? Well at least it has some purpose or rational, right, Right?! Wrong, its just the dumbest thing!

Lol I get the feelings but, I don't think anyone is gana be for this. It would ruin the speed of the game. No one would do it anymore. Having to hack it would make you vulnerable and who's going to attempt it knowing the person that called it in is right nearby. I understand that's exactly what you want but it ruining the pace and aggressive nature of the game.
You gotta be strategic with calling loadout. Do it on low ground in the middle of buildings so less people can see the green smoke. Go to the outskirts of the map where there's nothing and people probably aren't gana be there. Go to the top of cranes where people aren't looking up

On the fence with loadouts. I believe ops should be able to steal your loadout but would like it to be possible to confirm yes or no on a notification for a team mate to open one ive ordered. For now i bb or phos teammates who steal for the whole match.

Against it. If its close to the final circle and i drop a loadout for a teammate it shouldnt take 3 seconds to open it for him
