I have a job wife and kids so most of the time i wont be able to play with the squad.
When I sneak away from adult responsibilities
I load into games alone [RAMBO style]
But the match making is quite awful.
Match making should match qualities of the player.
Ex:
Team base players
Vs
Not Team based players
Simplify it let them load in together
People who are Strong Team Players deserve a better match making system.
Example
