Newcomer pool should be a seperate point after bot lobbies upto account level 75 then enter general pool AFTER. Its too much for new players to enter general pool to figure out the flow of things past bot lobbies and it shows in general matchmaking when thye still trying to figure out the game in lobbies with 3 stack clan pro players.
This has a detrimental affect on their experience and learning curve as well as impacting the players they are matching with who expect more of them in such lobbies. By holding another layer before general pool for accounts 0-75 they can play players around their experience level and by 75 get a good understanding and likeley loadouts to take on the general pool lobbies.
It would ease up the matchmaking wuality in general pool and stop newplayers from being put off the game before they experience it.
